The Kitchen Trail - Pumpkin Tortelli (Reload)


Even if in Bologna we do not have this kind of filled pasta as a tradition, somehow I changed trail...As the first 4-eggs Sfoglia (the Dough) did not come out very well...that's why "Tagliatelle" are up there. I will try to get the recipe, but you woun't need just the homemade pasta, but the filling and the sauce. And those are kind of a secret in every family. What I can tell is that you need to choose the right "Mantua" pumpkin.
